The Railway Benefit supports current and former railway staff and their dependants when they need help through illness, injury, bereavement, or adversity. Nobody can predict the future, and offering that peace of mind within your industry is a charity that may be able to help you. 

The charity has been helping railway people for over 150 years, improving the quality of life of current and former railway people in the UK through the provision of customised support. Assistance is provided in many forms, on a short or long term basis and is specifically tailored to an individual’s situation.

Help is only a phone call away. The charity offers financial assistance, practical help and wide-ranging advice, all in the strictest of confidence.

Station to Station Queens Celebration! 10th, 11th and 12th June 2016 


We are proud to announce that we are beneficiaries of the Station to Station Queens Celebration! Railway Stations sit in the heart of British communities and for the first time in history, they are joining together to provide a stage to celebrate HM Queen Elizabeth II’s milestone birthday, providing a wonderful array of activities as part of the nationwide celebrations. With a staggering range of festivities, there will be something for everyone!
