Inviting the Rail Community to Shape its Future Services

Railway Benefit Fund (RBF), the UK rail industry’s dedicated charity, announced the launch of an essential Awareness Survey. This initiative, conducted via an accessible online survey aims to gather valuable insights into how RBF is perceived by the rail community, enabling the charity to enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs of railway workers and their families.

As a charity committed to supporting the welfare of the rail industry’s people since 1858, RBF understands the importance of being responsive and relevant. This survey will play a key role in understanding the reach and effectiveness of their financial, emotional, and practical support, and how the charity is viewed by its stakeholders.

Completing the survey takes a few minutes and as a thank you for their time, participants can opt to enter a prize draw, to win a £50 shopping voucher.
