Annual Golf Day Raises £19,690 for Railway People

Railway Benefit Fund’s (RBF) Annual Golf Day, held on June 12th, was a huge success, raising an impressive £19,690 to support railway people across the UK facing difficult times.

The event combined competitive golf with strong camaraderie, as supporters gathered on the greens to contribute to the vital cause.

Transport UK Group was the headline sponsor, providing generous support and also taking home the coveted RBF trophy. Special congratulations were extended to all the winners of the day’s various competitions.

Suzy Powell, Head of Fundraising at RBF, expressed her delight at the outcome. “We are delighted to announce that your incredible support helped us raise nearly £20,000,” she said. “This significant amount will go a long way to provide crucial assistance to the railway community.”
