Merseyrail show their support for RBF
Many thanks to our super supporters at Merseyrail who, during 2019, raised over £9,000 for RBF.
It was an action packed year with lots going on from collecting loose change in our money tins, to a raffle and the sale of RBF Christmas cards.
A large proportion of the money raised was through the promotion of payroll giving. This is where as little as £5 a month is donated directly from your salary before tax, meaning the tax relief given on donations made is then passed straight to the charity. Many staff filled in payroll giving forms which are then processed by the HR team.
