CMAC Group partners with Railway Benefit Fund to support UK rail workers

CMAC Group is partnering with Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) to help raise awareness and extend the charity’s reach in providing financial, emotional and practical support to rail workers and their families across the UK.

Peter Slater, Chief Executive Officer, CMAC Group, says: “We are proud to support the rail industry by delivering safe, reliable and responsive rail replacement services across the UK. Our partnership with Railway Benefit Fund reflects our commitment not only to transport solutions but also to the people who keep our railway moving. By working together, we can help make a tangible difference to rail staff and their families during times of need. We are proud to stand behind a cause that aligns so closely with our values.”

In addition to promoting RBF’s work, CMAC Group employees will be encouraged to use their ‘Make a Difference’ volunteering days to contribute to RBF-led initiatives. CMAC staff will also benefit from access to RBF resources, reinforcing a shared commitment to wellbeing and resilience across the sector.

To further support RBF’s mission, CMAC’s rail division, Great British Rail Replacement (GBRR), is sponsoring the Inspirational Volunteer Award at the charity’s Heart of Gold Awards in November. The award recognises individuals who go above and beyond in their service to others across the rail community.
