Rail Industry Professional Anna-jane Hunter Joins RBF Board of Trustees

Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) has officially welcomed Anna-jane Hunter to its Board of Trustees, marking a significant addition of operational expertise and leadership to the charity’s governing body.

Anna-jane Hunter, currently a Partner at the expert railway consultancy Winder Phillips, joined the charity in January 2026. She has been appointed to the Benefits and Services Committee, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping the support systems provided to railway workers and their families across the UK.

Her professional background includes senior leadership roles across, Network Rail, Train Operating Companies (TOCs) and Multi-agency industry working groups.

Beyond her operational roles, Anna-jane Hunter has a distinguished record of public and professional service. She has served on the Board of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT UK) since 2021 and was elected Chair of the Board in 2025. She also serves the community as a Magistrate.
