Railway Benefit Fund Join Crewe Rotary for Festive Santa Float
The streets of Crewe were filled with festive cheer this week as volunteers from Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) and Eleven joined the Crewe Rotary Club for their annual Santa Float procession.
The evening was a success, raising £250 for RBF. Volunteers braved the winter chill to collect donations for various local charities. Residents of Crewe turned out in high numbers to greet Father Christmas.
Each year, the float serves as a centrepiece for the local holiday season, bringing families together while raising vital funds for those in need.
Suzy Powell, Head of Fundraising said, “It was a fantastic evening and the residents of Crewe were a joy to meet. Seeing the children’s faces light up as the float passes by makes all the hard work worth it. We are proud to support the Rotary Club in spreading this magic while raising money for such important causes.”
The money raised during these processions goes directly toward supporting local charities and community projects.
