RBF and RSSB Collaborate to Launch New Sustainability Initiative

The recent sustainability conference hosted by the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) successfully brought together industry leaders, forging new collaborations centred on creating a more sustainable future for the rail sector.

Discussions focused on tangible ways railways and stations can maximise their benefits for people, local communities, and the environment.

In a significant announcement made at the conference, Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) confirmed a new initiative with RSSB.

For every consultation booked for the Rail Social Value Tool (RSVT), RSSB will be making a charitable donation equivalent to a “virtual cup of coffee” to RBF. This is specifically designed to offer crucial, practical support to railway colleagues and their families currently navigating challenging circumstances.
