RBF Raise £4,000 at Rail Freight Group Awards

The Rail Freight Group (RFG) Awards 2025, held on September 4th, was a  huge success, bringing together teams from across the industry to celebrate the achievements of their peers. The evening honoured the people, projects, and partnerships that are driving rail freight forward.

The event celebrated excellence across five key categories: Driving Rail Freight Growth, Sustainability & Safety, Innovation & Talent, Individual & Young Professional, and Business of the Year. The awards highlighted significant advancements and contributions within the sector, recognising the hard work and dedication of its professionals.

Beyond the awards, the evening had a charitable focus, with a raffle raising an incredible £4,000 for Railway Benefit Fund (RBF). The RBF, which provides vital support to railway people and their families during challenging times, thanked the generosity of all the guests who purchased tickets. The funds raised will make a real difference in the lives of those in need, underscoring the strong community spirit within the rail industry.
