RBF Thanks Rail Community for Invaluable Survey Feedback

Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) thanked the UK rail community following the successful completion of a recent survey, which saw over 700 responses. The charity announced that the valuable insights will help to shape its future services and ensure it is best placed to offer a helping hand during tough times.

RBF stressed every single piece of feedback is invaluable and provides a clear understanding of the challenges railway people are facing.

RBF also announced the winner of a £50 shopping voucher, which was awarded through a random prize draw. A huge congratulations to Kimberly Lovelace from EMR, who was the lucky winner.

The RBF is committed to ensuring no railway person faces hardship alone and relies on the support of the railway community to continue its critical work.
