RDG’s Rail Performance Seminar Raises £200 for RBF
While the rail industry’s top performers gathered to debate the new national Performance Restoration Framework (PRF), the spirit of community shone brightly, with a charity raffle raising a total of £200 for Railway Benefit Fund (RBF).
The seminar, which brought together all levels of the performance community to focus on causes of disruption and the DfT/NPB-backed PRF, made a deliberate effort to incorporate a charitable element, underscoring the value of the “Railway Family” during a time of industry performance difficulties.
The generous contributions from attendees to the raffle resulted in a final fundraising total of £200, providing a welcome boost to the RBF’s mission of supporting those in the rail community facing unexpected hardships, such as illness, injury, or financial hardships.
