Our Winter Wellness Essentials pack offers comfort through a variety of home essentials, such as blankets and heating aids, to help ease the chill. It offers real-world support to ensure you remain warm and protected throughout the harshest months of the year.
Am I eligible?
To apply for the free Winter Wellness Essentials pack you must:
- Be a current, former or retired railway worker; or spouse/widow of a railway worker
- You are in receipt of a means-tested benefit such as universal credit or pension credit
Spouses and widows of railway workers can also apply for the Winter Wellness Essentials pack.
What will I recieve?
- Daewoo 2000W Upright Fan Heater
- Heated two-tone over throw blanket
- Daewoo double electric heated blanket
This pack is funded by Railway Benefit Fund and will be supplied on our behalf by CSupplies.
How do I apply?
To apply for a Winter Wellness Essentials pack, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the application form using the link below.
- Email your supporting documents to [email protected]

Include the following documents with your email:
- Proof of railway employment, such as a payslip, P60, pension letter, or rail pass
- Proof of address, such as a utility bill
- Proof of means-tested benefit, such as a benefit entitlement letter or your latest bank statement
